Third lick in the sequence, uses octaves. Octaves when you play the same note, but in octave pattern. I am going to start off by playing a slide between the 14 to the 16 on the G. This note is B and I am going to play another B up here on the 19 threat on the high E. Okay, so that is an octave.

I am going to start off by sliding from 14 to 46, octave appear on the 19 on the high E, back down to 16, on the G and then slide back to 14 on the G and play this is an A. I am going to play an octave above this A on the 17 threat on I, E. So here is the lick so far. [Demo], Again, [Demo]

So the basic idea is I am going octaves sliding with my first finger to get to the next position. After those first two positions, and then I am going to slide back into the B, playing the octave and then slide all the way up from the 16 threat to the 19 threat on the G string. That notice D, and I am going to play an octave D on the high E string and slide back 19, to 16, which is a note B and play an octave on B and whole phrase starts over again.

So if I play two of those phrases, it sounds like this. [Demo]. And you can just keep cycling over and over again.
