So I am Francesca and I am here to talk to you about supporting the unemployed, which is really difficult and you really have to think about on how to handle the situation. You want to be sensitive, you want to be compassionate, you want to be understanding but here you have someone who cannot get health insurance, cannot buy coffee, cannot take you out to dinner, cannot pay the rent and it is difficult. Some of the things are difficult about it because you do not want to be overly pressuring and prowling the person, you want to respect their space and their time and to figure out like walking in the job they wanted whether the want to go at the same time. It is incredible draining to feel; particularly as a woman I think, I honestly I hate to say this, I think it is harder to be a woman supporting unemployed man or the other way around which is nest up but that is our culture, and I think that one of the things that is difficult. This is really, you know not wanting to be nagger, you wanting to be understanding but at the same like, it is tough. I think really most important thing is that you have to just take care of yourself and not find yourself in some sort of could of some situation and have limit. You know you could have so long that can take on someone else is fall financial responsibilities because ultimately you will just way down on a relationship and you will not really be able to move on as a couple.
