Now, first things first, when you get a Sari, make sure that the petticoat you wear underneath matches it so you do not see through the Sari. You do not want to see if there were types of skirt or anything like that.

Also make sure you have a safety pin handy with you, because you might need it at the end. And as far as blouse, typically it shows the stomach. This is just a regular t-shirt but normally it will go up to here and they come sleeveless, with sleeves, sometimes they are full sleeve, different cuts around the neck and around the back so you can really choose whatever you want when you go out and buy a Sari.

Also, when you are buying a Sari, sometimes if they have been used and they are being resold, you will find that at the end along the bottom there is already piece of material sewn along the back. Now, it is really important to have this because if you do not get it done after you buy it, I mean you bought a new one and it is already there, then your Sari is going to rip immediately. So, you actually have to make sure that that gets done.
