Closing

Find a comfortable seat maybe up on a prop the knees are low and the pelvis is neutral. The spine is long, the gaze is down or the eyes are closed. Rest your hands comfortably in your lap, bring all your awareness into the null. If you find that you begin to stray into the conscious thought, notice that it is happening and gently guide your attention back to the null. You might use the breathe as your focusing point.

If you formed an intention for your practice today, come back to it now. You do not need to judge whether it was fulfilled. Just take a moment to realign with that sense of purpose. Here you might from a new resolve to take with you off the matt. See reaching inhalation let the hands circle up over-head, palms meet and exhaling slide down the midline to rest before the heart.
