Female Speaker: So today I am going to talk about my eating habit because I have been asked a lot by many people who want to know what I am eating exactly and how much I eat during my typical day.
So I started my breakfast. I have a peanut butter sandwich with banana. Usually, some of these looks like two pieces of bread, I have just one piece of bread, a little bit of peanut butter on it, and banana, and I have a coffee, I don't put any sugar in my coffee, just a little bit of skimmed milk and a glass of water which is really important. You should drink a lot of water during the day. So this is the breakfast.
My second meal comes about two hours after the breakfast. And I start with a big glass of water. I either filter my own water and give it some flavor with the lime juice or I drink carbonated water or spring water that comes in different flavors too, and I eat apples or grapes or some different kinds of fruits. Just cut it in pieces in a bowl and then I use this fat-free vanilla yogurt, it's really good. You can mix it with the fruit. It taste good and it's a very light snack.
My third meal comes around 12 O'clock, you can call it lunch. What I actually eat is a little bit of oatmeal with the skimmed milk. It's a very light meal but as I said, because I am eating little portions but very often, I don't need to have big meals.
So I don't like to spend time like cooking during the day, I cook usually just for my dinner. So this is my very light lunch. Before that, I also drink a glass of water and my coffee. This is only my bad habit. I drink a lot of coffee during the day. I don't feel like I want to give up on coffee because I already gave up on cigarettes, I gave up on alcohol, I gave up on all the bad things but I think I want to stick with the coffee.
My forth meal comes around 2 O'clock and it's just a little snack. I eat just two handfuls of peanuts because I love peanuts, I eat them everyday. I have one glass of water again and my bad habit, the coffee.
So I just want you to understand this is not a guide of what you should be eating, I am not a nutritionist, so this is just to show you what works for me, and what works for me doesn't have to necessarily work for you. I mean you can try it and see it if it works but it's just to show you what I am doing during the day, what I am eating during the day.
My dinner comes around 6 O'clock and usually I eat this burgol, it's a wheat. It looks like a rice but I think it has a very good taste, and I can eat it by itself because it's really good, and just put some hot sauce on it or barbecue sauce on it, and a little bit of onion or some other vegetable in it and it's really good. If I just the burgol, sometimes I put fish in it or prawns.
So if I don't have that, I fry just the burgol, a big portion. It looks like probably like this or may be little bit less. So it's a very little portion. I would have some fish in it and I will do like this and I will have just a little bit of burgol, a little bit of fish, that will be it. That's all and of course glass of water.
If I am hungry afterwards, because I go to sleep around 12 O'clock, so there is a lot of time between 6 and 12, then I eat maybe the baby-corns as a snack or I eat psyllium, that I showed you in the last episode, a little bit of psyllium and the skimmed milk and I drink a lot of water and it fills me up, so I don't have to eat in the night.
