Hi, I am Tim Carter from askthebuilder.com. My wife and I bought this beautiful piece of heaven 90 acres in New Hampton, New Hampshire back in April of 2006. You are looking at the gorgeous view to the south and I am here today with my buddy Fred Hoffmeister. He is the realtor who sold this piece of ground. Fred and I are going to walk to the property, show you some of its beauty and especially the water falls, wait till you have seen two beautiful gorgeous water falls here just down on the lower end of the property. Here comes, have a good time.

Okay, now we are standing where I think the house would be just behind me and over my right shoulder and you can see this view starting a little cloudy but look at that color towards there and that is the kind of view you would have from the house. Tell me that if that does not rule the world, just imagine it and some of the lower trees down, you can just trim just a few of those and you can see that beautiful conservancy ground over there on that hill and right basically through these trees I think where Carter Mountain is and that is the Carter Mountain road is that way.

Fred: I think it is absolutely awesome.

Oh yes, look at that view. Look at all those colors.

Imagine what this is like when it really rains. So, this is, in my opinion, the best of the water falls right here. The water has got to be all here where I am pointing. This is like come in time with the big rain. This is totally filled with water where I am standing. I would probably be under two or three feet of water in a heavy rain where I am standing right now.

Alright, up there at the top in the center of the frame, that is the base of where we just were. That is the bottom as far as we could see. So, the water down continues down to here like a second water fall and that water fall there is maybe under 60 high and it comes down around here, keep going and then here is that real long straight gorge part of the stream. You can actually see this on the plot.

Back up on the trees, and then turn around slowly, you are going to see Fred and me. Now, you are looking down stream, a hundred fifty feet or so but you can still see, you know, this little rivulets here coming down and then here and there is a big pool right here where you are going down to.

Look at that pool like a stream coming down that is maybe four feet high water falls total from that top upper pool down to this lower one and there is this pool and then right there is where the water charge is over to make the giant fall. Look down here, that is the big giant fall being two of a long way down were hit and is creasing the way right here.

There are other big tree that is in the way and of course you know, this stream goes down that way.

I do not know about you but I think the water falls just rule the world. We are walking back up from the falls now. This is the tip of the force in the middle of the property, pretty dense but in the war time it has got great visibility. It frills my favorite season. Look at all the colors, absolutely, gorgeous.

The land was clear near the top so you can get the view to the south but of course all of that will be cleaned up when I am about ready to build a home and of course you want to stay tune to askthebuilder.com to watch the progress construction.
