Male: We are doing a little instructional video on how to do the cleaning and that has been so kind to do that for us and actually I just listen to the video I am shooting this introduction after watching the video and we are impressed with what she had to offer. Diane is actually the one that recently came out of the idea that we needed to do actually, show you how to do it but a lot of the concepts I have even had to my mind of how to clean it were sort of eliminated by saying Deborah's work, Deborah is an Anesthesian, so I think she will also adds another layer of understanding of the skin and cleaning that in my opinion was quite original. I have actually never seen something of that quality of cleaning and though the advise that I have given my other video on the post operative, skin was surfacing __valve with some of the new ones is an actually the mechanics of how to do it. She has just done a remarkably job. So I really hope this video will help you mechanically see some of the technical aspect of what she has developed in terms of her original style of cleaning after skin resurfacing treatment and I hope it would help you get a little bit better comfort zone on how to handle your skin the week after the procedure.

Female: Okay, hello, my name is Debbie and I am three days out from the plasma and I am here to explain to you how clean your face. The first 24 hours you want to keep Vaseline on and you do not want to clean it off, you just want to keep applying. After the 24 hours you have to come to see Dr. Lam , what I did was I cleansed my face before I came in and I cleansed it with water and just let the water rush over and then I used acidophile and gently rubbed acidophile all over and then rinsed and I did that about three times. And then after I felt like that it was all off, I took gauze, actually, this right here is a paper towel. I use the viva paper towels, they are very soft, I did not rub. It is very important to just lay it on like this and press and then pull it off and I did this until I feel like this has gotten most of it all. Now press, I did make a mistake at one time and barely red and it pulled a little bit of skin off, so that is why it is important to just press and pull off. Okay.

Then I take the salicylic acidophile cleanser, I cleanse it very gently. I mean very softly touch, you want to go all over. It is best to use more than less as it helps in gliding to get it extra soft. And then you take a clean, again, I am using the paper towels, you can use the little cotton pads, however, I found that when ever I used those, I leave a trace of cotton behind and it is kind of irritating and this just works better for me.

Again, I press. You want to take one that is wet and go over, but I do not have a wet right now, soâ€”and this one here is the vinegar and water solution, a part of one, I used the measuring cup and I will pour one cup of distilled water and then I believed one tablespoon of vinegar, mix that and then I pour it in to this. You can spray it all over your face, however, what I found is that it got in my eyes and it burned. So what I o is I take little pad and I spray really saturate it, really good, a little cotton pad then I go over, all over my face and if you do have a little part that is been abraded I was talking about where I rubbed instead of dab, it will probably burn a little bit, so just to expect that.

Okay, I do not have any water with me but normally what I would do is take again the paper towel and make it wet, let this vinegar sip for a moment and then I pick the wet paper towel all over like this and then I pull it off and just dab it until it can get soft. Clean, okay and then you are going to apply the Vaseline back on. You want to use a sterile stick, be sure not to contaminate your bottle. So you want to make sure the first time you dip in, you get as much out as you are going to need because you do not want to dip this unless you get another spatula.
