Welcome to this weeks tips segment and this is Clematis Paniculata that I am in front off and it is just absolutely beautiful. It is a great plant for the fall. This will begin to bloom sometime in September and could continue depending on the weather almost through the entire month.

These are big time climbers. They can go 10, 15, 20 feet or 30 feet high. You could put it on a trowels, I got it underneath my kitchen window here so that the smell will waft in the kitchen which is just terrific. You could put it at the base of a tree and let it go right up inside the tree and then this beautiful flowers which smell amazing will be popping out of the tree so that would look kind of immediate particularly looks neat inside of an evergreen.

So find one of these, plant it, know that it will take a couple of years to really do this, so for the first year it will kind of just creep along but by year three or four you got this beautiful display. Also another thing that is kind of neat put some roses in front of and that looks really interesting as well, the pink and the white, this time of the year, fantastic.
