Question Yes it's the AC again .... leaking water

Ok am a novice to all this so bear with me . My ac unit ( I think it's a spilt system ) is leaking water. It has 2 parts one outside and one in an inside closet. Where a pipe connects to the unit on the inside is leaking water. Which starts to flow when the unit is turned off HELP !!!!!

Check and see that the drain line from the inside unit there is clean and open. Blow or suck on it with a shop vac. Is the air filter in the unit clean ? Any ice or frost on the copper lines there by the inside coil. Try this and get back to us .

probably a clogged drain, happens a lot in florida. after cleaning pour bleach in there from time to time

seems to be the Drain

I am checking the drain seems to be where the problem is . I had called a friend who suggested blowing out the drain and using bleach also. Thanks folk will let you know the outcome

My split ac is also leaking water inside the room

Hello,
My ac is leaking water into the room on the second day of usage.
It id not show this on the first day but the problem started on the next day.Please help. What could go wrong. It also drains water on the outside as usual. Thanks
