Central Air Freezing up.

Central Air Freezing up.
Hi,
Not sure what type of fix I need for this one. I have a 1 year old central air unit that works beautifully to cool my house most of the time. However when we have hot weather for long periods of time the larger insulated pipe that runs from the indoor blower to the ourdoor unit is freezing up. I can see ice collecting on the small bit of uninsulated pipe where it enters the outside unit and at the indoor blower just before it goes into the duct coil. When this freezing happens the air conditioner is no longer effective and I need to run the fan for a few hours to get the ac working again. Id like to stop this freezing from happening all together and I have heard of a anit freeze unit. It that the correct fix for this or is there something else I need to go to stop this from happening? Also, is this freezing dammaging my central air system? Any help and advice would be appreciated.
Thanks, Bret

Make sure fans are running.
Make sure your filters are cleaned.
Make sure your inside and outside units are cleaned.
Not sure when was the last time your units were inspected and serviced but it could also be low on charge, might be a good time to call in a tech to check things out, including your charge.
Coming from your outside unit your larger copper line should be cold and wet while the smaller one warm.
