The outside fan is not turning on the motor just hums I did get it started up by pushing the fan blades with a stick the motor sounded like it was having a hard time gaining speed.
It ran for 5 minutes and stoped,So I turned the power off the AC unit.
I checked the capactor for bulges, leaks, and burned wires everything looks ok.
The motor is what I suspect it is rusted on the outer housing.
I tried a few minutes ago to see if it would start up with the stick it turns about 10 rpm's so I shut the power off.
The motor will spin free without the power on.
Your thoughts and help is needed while Im simmering
Thanks

Just go ahead on over to your local HVAC supply house (with the old parts in hand) and purchase a new fan motor and capacitor you could try to lubricate the old motor and maybe just try a cpacitor but why not go ahead and replace both pieces you know they do not have much life left. You will simply have to cut back on beer and cigs for a few weeks to pay for the parts, it has got to be worth that to stay cool.
