hot shot 414-b where to get 10oz
I am looking to buy hot shot 414-b. I can't find it anywhere online to purchase a couple of 10oz bottles for my car. Every one only sells a case or huge tank.
Because this retrofitted stuff with 134a really sucks.

Try an HC refrigerant
I have two older cars that I put Enviro-safe refrigerant in. Why? I bought it on-line.Its not toxic like 134A (google it for yourself) It does not load the compressor as much. And if it does leak out over the course of a year or two it's not hurting the atmosphere. Plus its colder than 134A!!!!!
I have been 100% satisfied with it. This is the third summer I have used it here in North Carolina.

When everyone said we have to get rid of the CFC's in freon 22 or 12 they were worried about the ozone and the cloreen.
So I ask myself why do they still sell bleach and pool chemicals?

Toxic 134A
Well for years they sold R12 and R22 and thought that was safe. Google '134A testicular cancer' and see what you get.The chlorine in CFCs and pools are molecularly different. high school chemistry.

Hi,
I have a 65 vette that I'm getting ready to recharge (A/C). I want to stick with R-12 and like your idea on using "Enviro safe" refridgerant. Did you use Forane (I think it's called) ? Any other new thoughts since 2006 ?
Thanks, Mark
