Okay, not really household, it's my boat, but it's a household thermostat from what i can see. I was cleaning and it got wet. Seems totally dead. Is there any way I can hotwire it until I get a replacement? Like jumper some wires to get the fan to come on and some others to get the AC compressor to kick in? I figure there must be a way? Hopefully? Help, its wicked hot!
The wires are green red, white and black, but are labeled green, red, white, yellow.

Aw yes a stat on a boat You can jump into the water
Try and jump R to G and see if you get fan only If you dont Id say check out the transformer. You could have blowed that or see if you have a small fuse on a board in the unit. Hard to say cause I think every boat units are wired different
R is power W is heat G is inside blower
Y is to compressor for cool
