Help 96 Degrees And Shes Blowing Ambient Air!

HELLO EVERYONE. I HAVE A 5000 BTU SUNBEAM WINDOW AIR UNIT. IT IS A BRAND NEW STORE RETURN.
I FIGURED I'D SAY THAT RIGHT AWAY TO ELIMINATE THE CONCERN FOR DIRTY FINS AND SUCH... SHE'S CLEAN (NEW) BUT SHE JUST WONT BLOW COLD AIR. THE CAP IS ONE OF THEM NEW VEGETABLE OIL JAMMYS. IT LOOKS TO BE IN GREAT SHAPE, NO BULDGING NO LEAKS ECT. I TESTED THE CONTACTS ON THE COMPRESSOR FOR VOLTAGE AND HAVE VOLTAGE ON BOTH LEGS 120 AND 220V. NOW FOR THE THERMAL SWITCH LOCATED ON THE COMPRESSOR, I DID A CONT. CHECK ON IT AND ITS STILL CLOSED ALLOWING THE VOLTAGE TO TRAVEL JUST FINE AS OPPOSED TO AN OPEN CIRCUT. THE COMPRESSOR SEEMS TO RUN? IT STARTS WITH A LOW BUZZING OR HUMMING SOUND AND STAYS PRETTY QUIET, HOWEVER I CAN STILL HEAR IT UP CLOSE AND FEEL THE VIBRATION FROM IT BY TOUCHING THE OUTSIDE. IT HAS A DIGITAL INTERFACE, WAS WONDERING IF ANY ONE HAS A CLUE?
MABYE A LEAK? MABYE SHES OUT OF COOLANT? DUNNO
