a/c unit won't turn on

My a/c unit was running fine in my house. The weather outside was nice so I turned my a/c unit off. I went today to turn it back on and it doesn't work. NOthing kicks on in my house and the unit outside doesn't kick on. The fan isn't blowing either. Can any one help??
