lost in florida

Ok, my wife and I noticed water on our bathroom floor. Come to find out it's coming from our a/c unit inside. I don't know anything about a/c. What I do know is the big line should be cold and the little line should be warm/hot. Both lines are cold. The water is coming from the underside of the coil (I think its the coil. looks like a car radiator). I have water draining outside as well. But why do I have water inside too??

Ok, just checked outside and inside again, small line is warm. I checked earlier when the unit was off... stupid move. But, I still have water dripping from the coil, or radiator looking thing. Why is that and how do I stop it?

That is the unit doing what it is supposed to do, i.e. cool and remove humidity from the air. The water condensing on the coils should drip down into a catch pan and then be channeled outside via a drain line. If you are finding water either the pan is leaking, possibly from a rust-through, or the drain line is clogged or leaking.
