Does anyone have a wiring schematic of a Square D air handler about 2 to 2.5 ton capacity?

I have a heat pump split system that was installed about 15-20 years ago and there is no wiring schematic for the air handler. I have the wiring schematic for the condenser section. I know they have since went out of business or sold off its AC business to someone. I was just wondering if a tech out there, had a file copy of the air handler kicking around I could get a PDF from.
