central air

please help.my central air unit has a copper line comming out of it. it frosts up after a few minutes. as a result furnace blower stops blowing , and it sounds like a gurgle comming from the furnace please help.

Yep, wrong forum, but from my experience in air conditioning (automotive), I'd say you are low on freon, or there is a bad restriction just before the frosty area. Most likely just low on freon. The experts in the air conditioning forum can help you I'm sure. I'll move the thread to the appropriate forum.

Sounds like low freon or poor air flow. Coils and filter could be dirty thereby reducing air flow and causing a freeze-up. Otherwise, it's likely low freon caused by a leak.
