Compressor and condensing fan wont turn on...

I have power at my compressor contacts and power to the fan but neither are coming on...contacter is pulled in...line voltage seems appropriate...
Where should I go from here....

You need to read the voltage across the T-1 and T-2 side of the contactor and see if you have 2 hot legs of 110 volts or there abouts.

The capacitors that a COM, HERM and FAN terminal are 2 capacitors with COM being where they are joined, COM to HERM is 1 and COM to FAN is the other, it is less common to see both bad, but is happens, I suspect a bug under contactors contacts.

Sherlock Ohms..... pretty cool

Celtic.....welcome to the forums.

Usually if you have a capacitor issue.....when the contactor engages you would hear the compressor and the condensor fan growling or humming pretty loud.

You need to check for 240vac into the contactor and 240vac out of the contactor when it is activated by a call for AC. I left you a descriptive diagram below.

Measure carefully......you're working with 240 VAC and a short or accidental contact can be hazardous.
