Smile american standard allegiance 16 Comfort R ?

what is the correct way to wire this system with the freedom 80 furnace, in order to activate comfort r

Do you need to jumper Y to O
Do you need to jumper R to O

presently I have it wired with the am standard 803 thermostat
y1 to y and y to stage 1 on the outside unit, (yellow wire, on the outside unit)

and Y2 to Bk to stage 2 on the outside unit(yellow wire with stripe)

all dip switches appear to be correct I am just trying to confirm the tstat - furnace- outdoor unit wiring

My installer does not seem to know?

thanks, in advance

R and O is the jumper for the ramping.

Factory BK jumper on the furnace's board needs to be cut.

That is correct.
