HELP! The AC outside is running, but not inside

We had a few storms a few days ago after the storms we woke up to the AC not working. We checked the breakers and none were tripped. The outside unit runs when we turn the system on, but nothing happens inside. We tried the fan and it doesn't blow either. IT IS 98 degrees here we are strapped financially and I would be so thankful if someone could help us figure this out.

You might have popped a control fuse inside the air handler or you have a bad blower motor (most likely).

Anyone know how to check

if it is a fuse inside the air handler (is this in the outside unit or in the inside of the home?) or a bad blower motor

Our system is a Heil ACS024A2C1

It spins freely by hand and it is not hot. The system quit working a few days ago.

Could be quite a few things. You could have even shorted out the thermostat with electrical storms. Someone's going to have to troubleshoot and check the voltage everywhere with a meter.
