Question SECO TA2000 to Honeywell RTH7500 wiring

I am having difficulty wiring a Honeywell RTH7500 thermostat. I am replacing a SECO TA2000. The wiring is as follows for the SECO: White to W2 (which is jumpered to E), Orange to O, Blue to X, Red to R, Yellow to Y, and Green to G.

On the Honeywell I wired the White to W2, Orange to B/O, Blue to C, Red to R, Yellow to Y, and Green to G. The problem I am having is it does not heat or cool. It kicks on the blower. The thermostat response to heat or cool but I still get fan air - not heated and not cooled.

I don't know if the Honeywell tstat is bad or I am doing something wrong with my wiring. Where does X and O go on the Honeywell?

That should be the correct wiring Don.

Did you program the stat to run a heat pump?

Function 170 set to 7?
