Moving Ducts To Cool A Different Room

I have a room above the garage that has it's own small AC system that only cools/heats that room. I have another room in the house that is always 5+ degrees hotter than the rest of the house. It is the office with all the computer gear in it.

I am wanting to move the duct work from the room above our garage to the hot room. The room above the garage is about 14x17 and the room I want to cool is about 12x12. The small AC unit is about 30 feet from the vent in the office.

I guess my main questions are what size of return do I need and what size ducting for the vent?

Any help would be appreciated!

Only way to no is to do a heat load on the room.
