Exclamation AC (Trane XB10) Trips Ciruit Breaker

I clean my filters every month, and the actual AC unit two times a year of dust and spiderwebs.

Ending last years season, my AC started to trip the circuit breaker at night time. The AC works fine, the breaker just constantly trips at night.

I checked all the connections on the AC, everything looked fine no melted or corroded wires, no capacitor deformation and no rust along and connections or bristles.

Recently I replaced the actual circuit breaker to no avail it continues to constantly trip.

The AC is 4 years old. I am out of ideas.
Suggestions anyone?!

Did you check the connections at the compressor?

To diagnose further, we need to check the compressor amps, ohms and voltage. Also, capacitors can get weak without bulging or leaking. A capacitor meter is the way to check these.

Does the compressor have a hard start kit? If not, it may need one. If it has one, it may be bad.

Do you know if this system uses an expansion valve? If so, you definately need a hard start.

Trane XB10? Are you sure it's just 4 years old? Check the date of manufacture on the label.
