I have central A/C, but no duct in my room...HELP!

Oddly, my entire house has central A/C (including the other two bedrooms and the bathroom), but my room DOES NOT have any type of a/c. Also, the window opens like a door, so I can't put a normal A/C unit there. I've read about the stand-alone units. How would I vent through a window that swings open? also, is there any fairly simple way I can reroute the central A/c to my room without tearing up any walls? The only other duct on my floor is in another bedroom. Otherwise, the nearest duct is down a floor.

Thanks for any help.

from downstairs....also, keep in mind that I'm renting. MY landlord said that he would be willing to split the cost of any renovation, but I have to come up with the plan. I'm trying to be minimally invasive, if possible.

I don't think you'll be abe to install a drop without opening a wall. Where is the register in the other bedroom? floor level or in the wall? Is there any attic space above the bedrooms?
