help - ac wiring from thermostat

I know the solution is simple...I just dont know what it is...

My dogs tore the red and white wires from the condensing unit on my York Latitude SEER 10.

I believe these are the ones from the thermostat....where do they tie back in?

I paid 120$ for someone to fix it the first time and my dogs did it again...

I know I need to protect the wires this time...and I can do that....I just need to know how to tie them back in

they go inside the condenser if your lines come out of a wall you shut the power off thats important.take off the electrical panel of your condenser there sould be two wires hanging there maybe with part of the chewed up wires still connected .connect one to the red and one to the white .just make sure its the right wires your connecting to.
