Help with Tempstar unit...

Question 1: Ever since we moved here, the filters get sucked up into the coil, constantly, can't stop it, I've tried everything. It says it takes a 16x20, but I swear it needs like a 18x21 or something.... What gives? Model # is EBP3600A2 I have the manuals but doesn't list a size.

Question 2: Got home and found water on the floor near the unit today - turns out the coils are sweating a ton - I have the vents closed in the basement and it was slightly warm, but nothing major - was that the problem? OR - looking in the manual I should have a trap for the condensation drain, and I dont - will that matter? And finally - it has a primary and secondary drain - he only hooked up the primary but the manual says both should be hooked up - should I get the parts and run what I need to get the 2ndary drain going too?

Thanks for any help!

Q1 do you have a ruler?

Q2 Both drains should be installed and both should have traps.
