Venting a Portable AC through the wall

I have 2 casement windows in my bedroom and I have a portable AC unit I would like to vent through the wall. Are there any kits out there available in the US to do this? I've done a lot of looking and keep coming up dry.

Thanks!

portable a/c- is it one of those little things with a handle built into the case or is it a floor model? The floor models usually have an accessory kit available.

Sorry I should have been more clear.

It's one of the units with the wheels on it and it typically vents through a double hung window. This was a hand me down and works great but it didn't seem like it had a kit for venting through a wall just through a window.

It's made by Sunbeam, apparently they don't make AC units anymore.

If this is a single-duct model then it's kind of like a dog chasing his tail; you can expend a lot of energy without having much to show for it.

As for venting through the wall, any duct that fits may be installed through the wall. Use your imagination, don't reduce the size of the duct and be sure to use a screen on the outer end to keep out critters.
