Goodman AC - condenser fan not starting

I am able to get the fan to run after pushing it. The unit does not seem to be cooling though.

If I'm reading threads correctly, this points to the start capacitor, correct?

THe unit has a 40.0/5.0 MFD oval dual run capacitor.

Are the AC capacitors on Grainger all I need? They are quite a biut cheaper that some of the prices I see on HVAC websites.

Run Capacitor,5 MFD,370 VAC,Oval - Capacitors - Motor Supplies - Motors : Grainger Industrial Supply

Is this the same as the dual run type here?

Run Cap

sure sounds like it, with the power off, try spin the blade with a screw driver, it should coast freely. If not, the motor is toast.
