C/A in bathrooms
I'm about to buy a house that has central air in all rooms except the bathrooms, one in the master bedroom, the other between the other three bedrooms (that are very close to the master bedroom).
Never having owned a home with C/A, is not having C/A in the bathrooms a problem? Access to the attic is very easy where all the duct work is so I assume they can be added if need be. But is it necessary?
