wiring t-stat to heat pump

looking at the fujitsu/mitsubishi ductless a/c systems for my basement. need to cool about 900sq ft. anyone have comments/experience with these units?

Hello all - I need to replace this on my condo's a/c unit. The condo building shares a large evap. cooler on the roof and I have 2 of these valves in my units air handler (1 for heat and 1 for cold). They are old and the cold water one is getting power but not working. Does anyone know where do I find these? I am getting good chilled water to the unit, just not through it (the valve). As well, they look simple enough to replace, just shut the water valves off and change out the motor. Thanks - We have a very short window of cool weather here in LA and things are getting hotter...
