AC Vent temperature

I have a sofa under one of the AC vents in my living room. I feel breeze on my face. I bought a remote thermometer and tested them in the morning.

The outside temperature is about 60. All AC vents temperature (center point of the vent) were pretty much about 63. And the Ceiling temperature 2-foot away is about 73.

Is this normal?

Thanks,
Rick

You feel a 63 degree temp from the vent, when on the couch - yet the a/c is not on?

In other words, even though it is 63 coming out the registers, you know that the outside unit is not running, even though an air handler is pushing 63 out the registers(on the ceiling I presume)?
