A/C makes Hissing Noises After it Shuts Off

Hi all. My A/C handler unit in the home makes a bunch of hissing noises when the system shuts off, and the noises come from the closet that the air handler is in. I can vaguely hear the same sound while the a/c is running too, but not nearly as loud as when it shuts off. When it's 85F outside it's 60F out of the vents. I took a video with my phone, but the volume level is rather low and quality is crappy.

its a normal sound. the noise you hear occurs when the reversing valve in the condenser resets itself when it turns itself off, the freon equalizes the pressure between the suction and liquid lines. it should only last a few minutes at most.
