Thermostat Wiring Issue

I have a new honeywell rth6350D. My old robershaw thermastat had the following connections:
Blue - C, Red - R, Yellow - Y1, Black - E, Green - G, White - W2, Orange - O.
I have a heat pump with propane gas backup.
How do I wire the honeywell thermostat? I'm having issues.

Blue - Tape off this wire
Red - R & Rc (use jumper)
Yellow - Y
Black - E
Green - G
White - Aux
Orange - O/B

You must also configure to match your system.

Option 1 = 7
2 = 0
6 = 5 (3 would increase comfort)
8 = 5 (3 would increase comfort)

Do you have a fossil fuel kit, to prevent the outdoor unit from running when Aux heat is energized?
