Need Capacitor Replacement for Fan

The capacitor for the furnace/ac fan has gone bad and I can't find it. What is the replacement for it and where can I find one?

AMRAD PN R2000/37-1255
12.5 MFD +10% -5%

I know that everyone loves to order all their stuff off the internet nowadays but your local HVAC supply house or any electrical motor supply house will most likely have that capacitor on the shelf ready for you to purchase for a nominal fee and install very quickly.
