how to clean sealed evaporator coil

hi, I have a problem. evap coils are seal in with plaster of paris.how to get access to the coils to clean, as coils are freezing over. any help will be greatly appreciated.thanks

The pictures are too small to tell exactly what you have but it appears you have fiberglass insulation covered with canvas and a plaster like finish.

To get at the coil you need to cut off the insulation where you need the access.
Just use a razor knife with a blade long enough to cut through to the metal.
It works well to cut along the edge edges and remove the whole side.
