My home A/C unit wont shut off unless breaker is tripped....NEED HELP!

A/C unit is blowing but wont shut off, thought it was the thermostat so I replaced it and it still wont shut off unless I pull the breaker going to it. Outside fan wont come on even though the blower is on. Need advice please...

you need new contactor which will be about 10-30 dollars from hvac supplies shop. Contactor is the relay mentioned below. The contactor is wired in your outside unit.

Could be a bad control module which is in your air handler.
