Condenser fan motor weeping oil

Hello all,

During my ritualistic cleaning of the leaves from inside my condenser, I noticed that the fan motor has been weeping oil. It was enough that it came up and obscured the nameplate on the fan. Should I be concerned? Should I add oil?

Thanks for any replies,

IF there are oil ports on the motor then add oil, if not, run it till it dies. Most motors seep a small amount of oil.
