Weed whacker took wiring off/out of external fan (central AC).

Carrier with 1 blue, 1 yellow wire. Easy fix, yes????? After taking another look, it appears (hey..I'm a novice) the "serious" voltage is encased in a conduit sort o' tube rnning into the "fan housing-radiator looking device" and the wire(s) in question run in a brown 3/16 diam jacket from inside the house along side insulatted pipe, and then are seperate (3") 1 bl, 1 yellow. MAYBE some sort of ground? If it's "simple" I'd prefer to hook 'em up before buying a service call, ya know? THANKS!

The small wires should be the 24V T-stat wires. those small wires can be connected by hand. (disconnect the power first if you are not sure)
