Is this fan delay relay?

Good day... figured this would be an easy one.

Is this the fan blower relay on my Trane air handler (TWV024B):

From what I searched for replacement part, the new repl part# is RLY02807
which i found here:
http://www.amazon.com/RLY02807-RLY02.../dp/B003GQEZJM

AND HERE

Trane Time Delay Relay RLY02807 [RLY02807]

--------
Just a different design or am I looking at the wrong thing?
Fan is stuck and wont stop unless I cut power. Disconnected wire from thermostat to see if fan would still run and it did, so its not thermostat. Looking to replace the fan relay... just want to make sure im looking at the right item.

Thanks,

cant tell by your pictures, follow the wires back from the blower and find what relay they go to.

Well go figure, if you follow it it makes sense.
However, learned my lesson on not taking the relay diagram verbatim... ended up putting line volt on the tstat and well... ended up replacing that too. Whoo... two birds with one stone. Everything working good now. Thanks again.
