Thumbs up Welcome to our forums!

It could work but there would be no advantage to your buying it for future use.
Almost all coils install in the duct, not in the actual furnace.

An A coil is a very small part of the total cost of an a/c installation and would be more of a bother for your installer to use than if he supplied one with the installation.
Besides putting warranty of a new system in question would it match the refrigerant and SEER rating of whatever system you would later install?.......Who knows!

This is a manufactured housing furnace and the coil does install in the lower portion of the furnace. The model and serial you posted are for the furance only. To get a model number of the coil you must remove the door below the furnace and look for the info their. Often it is not found. With this being the case you would need dimensions Height Width Depth and to know the tonnage of the outside unit. If you post the model of the outdoor unit we can most likely tell you the tonnage of the unit.

Now. if the unit is R22 then this may potentially be money down the drain as new units use a different refrigerant and the new coil would have to be replaced when the outdoor unit was replaced. By your serial on your furnace it is 14 years old.
