AC water leak

We have a central air conditioner installed in the attic which was replaced about 5 years ago and have had a problem with water dripping from the hot air return on an off and on basis since it was installed. The contractor who installed it has tried a lot of things to correct the problem with very little success. He has insulated the duct where the return air goes back in and this seems to help some but still has a problem. The regular drain works fine where one ordinarly has condensation. What is happening is when the return air is drawn back up to the a-coil water condenses in the return air duct. Anyone have any ideas. I was wondering if running the fan longer after the unit cycles off to make it evaporate the water that has condensed in the return air duct. Any ideas would be greatly welcomed. Maybe I can get my wife to stop yelling at me over this little problem. Thank you very much for any and all help anyone may be able to provide. HELP HELP HELP!!!!

If the duct is condensing than it is not fully insulated.
