Trane XE 800 specifications

I have a Trane XE 800 (American Standard) condenser unit that has a bad leak in it. I want to replace it and am wondering the specs of the old one.

Here's the info off the label:

Model TTU724A100B0
Serial E31202893
1/8 HP, 220 V

It's a two ton! But that does not matter. Your HVAC company needs to do a heatload to make sure the size is correct for your house

XE800 = 8 seer and yes, it is a 2 ton but as airman stated there still needs to be a load calculation done on your home to determine the correct size needed.
