HELP! Bryant/Carrier Air Handler Blower fan won't turn off

I have a Bryant/Carrier Air Handler Unit, model FX4BNF036. I've already replaced the thermostat, limit switch, circuit board (which includes the fan relay), and the rectifier. Yet, STILL the only way that the fan turns off is if I shutoff the breaker manually
I'm at wits end, almost every piece of electronics has been replaced, what could be causing this??

pull the stat off the subbase and disconnect the G/GREEN wire in the furnace if it still runs pull the R/RED as in the furnace..sounds like G is picking up R...NOTE if it is HI fan air its the cooling side ...if it is slow air as in LO/LO MED it's the heating side

Fan problems on air handlers with electric heat are commonly the heat sequencer.

I doubt that this model has a sequencer but it probably has a couple of 22VDC relays.

If disconnecting the R wire from the air handler does not stop the fan, I would check the relays on the electric heat strip.
