Any Experience With ArcoAire A/C Units?
Hi All,
I'm looking at purchasing a Central A/C for my house. The house is approximately 2100 sqft and a contractor I spoke to over the weekend had recommended a 13 seer 2.5 ton ArcoAire central air system and has given me a heck of quote. Just wondering if anyone has had good/bad experience with these AC units before I go ahead and order it? The unit I am looking at is the ArcoAire DX1300 with R410A.

Equipment manufacturer is much less to consider than a quality installation. If your contractor gave you a low bid then he probably will do low quality work. Do your homework and get multiple quotes from at least 3 different contractors or more. Typically you would throw out the lowest and highest bids. Ask for references and pictures of installations.
