lennox heater g11e -- goodman A/c issue

problem: A/C will not work no blower or outside unit turning on (outside unit turns on and works when contactor is manually pressed on outside unit) .. heat does work (with blower) .. fan only does not work when moved from auto to on (system is off not heat or cool)

i have replaced the transformer in the furnace as it was all burnt up (old one almost caught on fire)

i have replaced the contactor on the outside A/C unit.

not quite sure what else could be wrong nothing looks to be disconnected or loose or burnt currently. heat still works

The blower fan was working after I replace the transformer it is now not as for voltage i would say yes (transformer gets hot) but I can't find my multi-meter ... as for a circuit board for the A/c it self i cannot find it other then the heater ignition board ( honeywell s8610u http://www.pexuniverse.com/docs/pdf/...10u-manual.pdf)

hope any of that helps

It doesn't. Buy a 5 dollar multimeter at walmart and get back to us.
