outside ac unit fan will not turn on

I have a York heat / ac unit. model H1RA042S06A. The outside fan will not run.
It will turn freely. I am not sure if the compressor will run or not. I would like to try to change the capacitor if you think that would help. Where is it located and how do I change it?

The capacitor is located in the outside condenser unit. Open the panel, you will see it. very easy to replace.

Cool

Thanks! I'm going to try that. I am hoping that it will fix the problem. Hopefully, the compressor is ok

The capacitor fixed the problem. It was really easy to install a new one.
