central AC is cutting out

hello, i have two central AC units outside for two zones. recently there was a power outage and one of the units did not want to turn back on. although the breaker was not flipped i reset it after i turned the thermostat off, essentially rebooting the system i believe. it worked but the same unit is now cutting out sporadically. i can't figure out why. i replaced the thermostat so that's out. i even cleaned the condensor. any thoughts?

Swollen dual capacitor in the outdoor unit...

Common after power outages and storms.

it turns out the condensation pump was clogged and stuck so the kill switch was engaging and cutting the AC out. my next issue is the fan for the other AC unit i have will not turn off. it blows constantly. any thoughts here? i'm guessing it's a fan switch or pressure switch
