blower fan kicks off and on.

This unit is carrier bryant (mfg aug2010) split indoor outdoor heat pump / ac system. The unit outside runs fine, the unit in the attic has the blower fan that runs off and on in 5second intervals. This is both at the highest and lowest cooling settings on the thermostat. Through reasearch i have decided to try and replace the blower motor relay .... but idk where this item is. Help?! Do i have the right item in this pic? Im questioning the one with the 208 / 230 prongs since i cannot physically see a part number. The other items pn piints to something for the heater part of the unit. This pic taken inside the cavity of the unit containing the blower fan itself. The fan spins freely.

The component in that picture (middle of the pic) is a transformer.

Something as simple as a bad connection can cause intermittent blower operation.

Check the thermostat wire connections, at the air handler and stat - G terminal might be loose.

If the connections look okay, call tech to diagnose the problem; it will cost less than changing out good parts until it works.
