Is it my blower motor?

Hello all and thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

I am troubleshooting my LG AC/Heating window unit. It was working fine but the blower motor just stopped running. When I turn it on now just on fan setting it just clicks once then nothing. When the AC is on you can hear the compressor and the coils get cold.

I have been trying to troubleshoot the blower motor but am not exactly sure how to do so since the wiring for the motor is only a 5-wire motor with 3 wires for 3 speeds and the 2 remaining wires going to a capacitor. I guess I am confused since it appears there is only one capacitor and everything I have read is for troubleshooting with both a 'start' and 'run' capacitor.

Anyways, I am not sure where to check the resistance b/w which wires and what I should be getting. The only thing I have is a wiring diagram on the motor itself which is shown on the pic.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it

Black is Common. (blue will have more resistance and red will have even greater resistance)
Yellow is Start.
Orange is Run.

Thank you for your response.

I measured and got the following results

C to R - 7.8 M Ohm
C to S - 45.9 Ohm
R to S - 10.8 M Ohm

So based on this I would assume the winding between C to S is bad seeing as how that is such a low resistance and should be the highest. Am I making the correct assumption about that? Should I just buy another motor?

Thanks
